Greetings everybody ... how are you all doing?

With all pleasure and delight I would like to announce that I have finally found my memory reader!! Now I can release the recent photos which have been captivated in the camera for ages!! And since I have been talking about myself "knitting" this summer and desperately trying to finish a pair of baby booties, I'll show you how this project is progressing so far and submit a photo - knitting teaches you patience, it takes forever to complete something!!

Plus, I have been reading an interesting book. One idea it had was to provide yourself with many sources of happiness. For example, I heard a family friend say that she feels very happy and fresh when she's touring abroad, however, as soon as she returns to her country it all disappears. That simply is, because she believed that only traveling creates happiness and forgot that she can generate happiness out of other activities as well.

The more activities you consider as "happiness generators" the less likely you are to be sad .. so that if you lose or can't do one of them, you can do the other!! Thankfully, it's not my first time being introduced to this concept. When I came to think of it, I have many things which please me .. some are the typical such as travel, parties, family gatherings & happy occassions .. while others can be quite simple such as preparing my own meals, cleaning up my room, hugging my parents (you're never old to hug your parents), talking to someone, praying, sports ... etc ...

So, want to snap out of sadness or prevent it? Seek pleasure in whatever you do .. the more the things that make you happy, the less you are vulnerable to non-happiness.
